Frequently asked questions
All about the Referiamo plans
How is a referral counted?
A referral counts when someone signs up or becomes a lead with a referrer's code. A click on the link does not count, and a referral you reject within 14 days is not counted. Referrers themselves are unlimited.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You are told at 50, 80 and 100% of the quota. Beyond it, new referrals are kept on hold, not lost, and counted as soon as the quota allows. You can turn on paid overage, at the price shown in the plan details, or move to the next plan. The Free plan has no overage.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
When you create your account, you try Referiamo free for 30 days, with the features of the Business plan and the quotas of the Starter plan. At the end of the trial, the account goes back to the Free plan, unless you choose a paid plan.
Is the referral quota monthly or yearly?
Yearly, on every plan. With yearly billing, the twelve months' quota is available from day one. With monthly billing and on the Free plan, one twelfth of the quota is added each month and adds up.
Which plans include a connection to my CRM?
The Free plan does not include one. Starter lets you connect one CRM, Business and Scale up to five. Salesforce needs the Business or Scale plan.
Who counts as a user?
Only editors count, the users who manage the program, the referrals and the rewards. Viewers, who look at the results, are unlimited and free.
How can I pay?
By card or SEPA direct debit, on every plan. The Scale plan paid yearly can also be paid by bank transfer.
